This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Camping Scale are produced and delivered.
Made-to-Order Production
Camping Scale works with a global network of on-demand production partners. Your items are not held in a warehouse — each one is printed and made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, every order goes through a production stage before it ships.
Production Time
Production typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product and which production partner fulfills it. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods, and we will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, estimated shipping (transit) times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different production partners and could arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing from your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and number of items in your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will help track down any shipment that is significantly delayed.
